Yoga is a philosophical methodology, one of six shad darshan stemming from India. This program is a physical practice that encourages students to culture and develop their own spiritual journey (Sadhana). There is a heavy influence on teaching lineage (Krishnamacharya), alignment based yoga asana (Iyengar), and spiritual inquiry (Patanajali). This program is for anyone interested, regardless of gender, ethnicity, or physical ability. We are excited to offer 2 tracks this fall.
