
Code of Conduct
- The student is open and present to learning
- The student will respect themself and other students/faculty by being on-time, prepared, and willing to participate in dialogue, discourse, and asana practice
- The student will participate as the instructor and the student despite their desire to teach or not teach in the future
- The student will practice ahimsa by respecting themself and others by speaking the truth through kindness and compassion
- The student is open to the Baptiste 12 laws of transformation
- Cell phones, watches, and other forms of technology will not be permitted (without advanced permission) into training sessions

Dismissal from Training
- Students who are consistently unprepared for practice or discussion/dialogue will be asked to leave the training
- Students who are unwilling to practice teaching or practicing asana while others are teaching will be required to leave the training
- Students who miss more than 3 teacher trainings will be required to participate in the next teacher training in order to receive the 90 or 200 hour certificate
- Students who are disruptive, dishonest, or disrespectful to the other participants or course facilitators will be required to leave the teacher training (a prorated refund may be offered at the discretion of the lead course faculty)

Missed Teacher Training Sessions
- Students may miss 1 (one) teacher training session. If a session is missed the student will get notes from another student and write a 5 paragraph paper detailing what was missed, and what was done to make up the time
- If a student misses a second day they may make up the time by scheduling a make up session with the lead course faculty and paying $100 for the missed session.
- If a student missed a third day they may make up the time by scheduling a make up session with the lead course faculty and paying $100 for the missed session
- If a student misses a fourth day the student will be asked to stop the training and re-start at the beginning of the next teacher training
